Please join the Radio Free Brooklyn community in celebrating RFB host Sam Sumpter’s new book, Bands Do BK: A Guide to Brooklyn, By Bands, For Everyone, at Saint Vitus bar, 1120 Manhattan Avenue, in Greenpoint. In the words of publisher Lit Riot Press, “It’s going to be bonkers! Lots of booze, drugs, acrobats … we have plans to destroy North Greenpoint!” Just joking! It’s a book launch with Sam talking about all things music and Brooklyn, hosted by Rich Weiss of Bloodless Management and Arlene’s Grocery—with a special music performance by Atlas Engine. It’s going to be a lot of fun!
This event is in partnership with WORD Bookstore and Saint Vitus bar and is FREE with RSVP! Hope to see some of your smiling faces there!
