Taking inspiration from the golden age of NYC dance culture and legendary DJ's such as Dave Mancuso, Nicky Siano, and Larry Levan, Tighten Up Radio (named after the legendary Archie Bell & The Drell’s tune) is your deep dive into one of dance music’s several subcultures, scenes, and sounds. Spanning decades of soul, funk, disco, and everything in between, for an hour each week I’ll be spinning everything from dance floor anthems to obscure outsider records - if it makes you dance, its not off limits
