El Duelo de la Lengua
Hosted by Chaochato LIVE every Friday at 9:00am
The grief of language refers to the stage of missing a mother tongue in a migration context. This is often related to forgetting aspects of one’s culture as the person builds a new identity. I this show, we will explore music through the lens of migration and community. With a mix of live streaming and pre-recording interviews with individuals part of communities in New York City and beyond
