About Isaac Wolfson
Isaac grew up exclusively on classic rock until 15 when he first listened to A Tribe Called Quest. Since then, nothing has interested him more than the cascading influence of sounds, themes, and styles across genres. With hip-hop as the mother ship of his music taste, you can often find him beyond his headphones, deepening his understanding of how music came to be through discussion, research, and collaboration.
Isaac has been based in Brooklyn since 2022 and began hosting Headphones In in 2026.
About Eli Adler-Cohen
Eli Adler-Cohen was born and raised in a suburb outside of Boston, where he spent his early years watching Austin Powers and listening to his two older brothers’ iTunes libraries—a mix of Akon, Eminem and Dave Matthews Band. After studying Sociology and Spanish at Franklin and Marshall College, Eli spent two years in Boston working for a local non-profit before moving to Greenpoint, where he currently works as a case planner for a social service agency that supports youth and their families. In his free time, you can catch Eli either spinning his favorite hip-hop records, playing basketball and poker, or spending time with his friends and family- often with a movie involved.
